To register for tours you may register online. Faxed registration or registrations by mail require a fee of $5.00 per form. Visit New Orleans accepts MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express for online registration, and credit cards, checks or money orders for registration by mail or fax. Only "Paid in Full" registrations will be accepted. If registration form is illegible, tour registration will not be processed. Please select your tours carefully. All tours are limited in size and may not be available for purchase on-site. PAYMENT OPTIONS: FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED. Registrations will not be processed without full payment. US Funds only. Tour advance registration deadline is November 9, 2008. Tours are limited in space so please register early. After deadline date, only onsite registrants will be accepted and sold on a space available basis. Payment is accepted via mail, fax or online only. Telephone calls for reservations will not be accepted. Online registrants will receive automatic confirmation. No confirmations will be sent for mail or faxed reservations. Please keep a copy for your records. Tickets for all tours must be picked up at least 30 minutes prior to tour time at the New Orleans Hilton Riverside Concierge Desk. of tour ticket cancellation and request for refunds must be submitted
to Visit New Orleans, in writing by November 9, 2008, to receive a refund.
There will be a $5.00 processing fee for all cancellations. Refunds
will be processed within 2 weeks of the conclusion of event. Tours will
not be cancelled due to inclement weather. Unused tour tickets cannot
be refunded after the event. Individual(s) release Visit New
Orleans, IEEE (Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc.) and any of
its employees against all claims, demands, suits, actions, losses (to
persons or property), damages, injuries (including personal or bodily
injury or death), expenses (including attorney fees) or other liabilities
of any kind, by or in favor of any person, directly or indirectly arising
out of or in connection with the event, regardless of cause or fault. |
